There are some other threads about the idea, but he's essentially creating a small, affordable device to fill a 68/45 tank overnight using a common shop compressor.

Sounds interesting. I am not willing to be a guinea pig at $400. I'll wait and see how the first run goes. 4500 psi at home would be real nice though.
