If such violation occurs BlackLight Company observes full legal limitations and will proceed forth with such actions if deemed necessary by contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider), and the appropriate local, and or federal authorities.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you, or you have expressed written consent by the author.
